Dr. Craig Tisch
Dr. Craig Tisch graduated from the New England College of Optometry in Boston MA, in 1995. During his 4th year clinical rotations, Dr. Tisch received additional specialty training in Ocular disease including, diabetic care, refractive surgery management and Dry Eye Disease care. He moved back to New York to join a private practice in midtown Manhattan and formed Miles and Tisch Eye Care and Penn Optical Group. For the past 25 years he has worked to provide his patients with the latest treatment options and visual solutions including offering the latest in contact lenses and spectacle lenses. When he is not working, he enjoys time with his family and dog Lexi as well as playing tennis, golf and personal fitness.

Dr. Noelle Sun
Dr. Noelle Sun is a caring and dedicated optometrist who graduated from the New England College of Optometry in 2015. She completed her undergraduate studies at Wellesley College where she received a bachelor’s degree in English literature.
During her early years of practice, Dr. Sun focused on family eye care in Bensonhurst and Sunset Park, Brooklyn. She provided comprehensive medical eye care at ophthalmology practice, delivering care to the Chinese immigrant community. After moving to Seattle, Washington in 2017, Dr. Sun worked in private practice solving complex refractive demands in a largely tech worker population. She speaks Mandarin and Spanish and enjoys working with diverse patient populations.

Outside of practicing optometry Dr. Sun is a professional ballroom dancer who travels around the country for competitions. She always loves a good chat if you also share a love for dance!
